Presenting CHILDPRO at the International Congress on Science, Feminism and Masculinities (CICFEM 2022)

The IV International Congress on Science, Feminism and Masculinities took place on Friday, March 4 and Saturday, March 5. Through an online format, and organized by the feminist group "Scheherazade: dialoguing feminism" and a network of people actively involved in overcoming gender inequalities, CICFEM emphasizes once again the search and richness of diverse societies.

In this meeting for equality, the communication "CHILDPRO: It is never too early to prevent gender violence; Identification and overcoming of risk behaviors in childhood" is presented, where the principles and bases of this new project of the eDucaR team are exposed. The authors, Villardón-Gallego, Lourdes; García-Cid, Alba; Fernández-Villardón, Aitana; Álvarez-Guerrero, Garazi; and García-Carrión, Rocío, emphasize that CHILDPRO aims to advance in the knowledge of effective prevention of gender violence from the earliest ages, while ensuring quality education for all people in violence-free schools, thus following the objectives set out in the Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025 (European Commission, 2020).
